Mohammad Nafiu Alam is a qualified Barrister from the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn, UK and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. Mr. Alam believes in providing his services for clients with utmost sincerity to achieve client satisfaction with the most effective outcomes for them. He has represented his clients in the matter of criminal, civil, commercial, banking, financial disputes. As a legal practitioner Mr. Alam till date has worked for several governmental projects, Public Private Partnerships (PPPs), power & energy projects, advised several business conglomerates and multinational companies for foreign direct investments, employment matters and other related areas and has represented his clients for civil and criminal litigations and Alternative Dispute Resolutions (ADRs). He has worked for several Ministries, Governmental Organizations, Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), Foreign Embassies and High Commissions as well. Apart from being a partner at Lex Aquilia Chambers, Mr. Alam is also the interim Head of Legal at ICCDRB.
