Mr. Rabbiul Alam Rafi is a qualified Barrister of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn, UK and an advocate of Dhaka District and Sessions Court. He has an extensive understanding of both domestic and international legislation, as well as his methodical approach to advising and arguing for his clients’ interests. He has advised many of national and international corporations and has gained a wealth of experience in labour and employment, banking, securitization, incorporation of joint ventures and other organizations, regulatory and compliance. He has previously provided his legal expertise to numerous government and non-governmental organizations (NGOs).
Furthermore, Mr. Rabbiul Alam Rafi is passionate about criminal litigation. He has first hand experience in dealing with a wide variety of situations, including domestic violence, deadly and non-fatal offenses, and possesses the breadth of expertise and experience necessary to serve the client’s best interests.
Apart from being a full-time litigator and corporate practitioner, he is the course coordinator and a senior lecturer at the London College of Legal Studies North, one of Bangladesh’s most prestigious recognised centre of University of London, where he teaches students enrolled in the course of Certificate of Higher Education and Bachelor of laws under the University of London.
