Mr. Sifat Mahmud is a Barrister-at -Law from the Honorable Society of Lincoln’s Inn, United Kingdom and an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. He has represented his clients in the matter of criminal, civil, commercial, banking, financial disputes. He is a profound lawyer with records of advising many national and international clients on different fields of laws. He has assisted many multinational companies and local and international organizations in drafting and implementing employee codes of conduct, policies and work rules and data protection policies and practices. He is also had experience in Expatriate and other global mobility issues, including corporate compliance immigration requirements, obtaining employment- based temporary work visas and permanent resident status; advising on cross-border or international executive separations and global compensation and benefit matters. He has immense interest in the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution.
