Ms. Tasnim Ferdous is a Barrister-at-Law from the Honorable Society of Lincoln’s Inn, United Kingdom and an advocate of Dhaka District and Session Courts. She is a profound lawyer with records of advising many national and international clients on local and international employment matters. She has assisted many multinational companies and local and international organizations in drafting and implementing employee codes of conduct, policies and work rules and data protection policies and practices. She is also had experience in Expatriate and other global mobility issues, including corporate compliance immigration requirements, obtaining employment-based temporary work visas and permanent resident status; advising on cross-border or international executive separations and global compensation and benefit matters;

Ms. Ferdous has immense interest in the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution. She has first-hand experience in dealing with a wide variety of commercial and contractual arbitration disputes under, among others, the ICC Rules of Arbitration, the IATA Rules of Arbitration and the Arbitration Act 2001 of Bangladesh, and has the depth of expertise and the breadth of experience to help resolve local, regional and national claims.

Apart from being a full-time litigator and corporate practitioner, she is the Executive Secretary for Legal Affairs for Showhardo Youth Foundation, a non-profitable organization working for sustainable development in the education sectors at the rural areas. She is also a proficient lecturer and a member of faculties at one of the reputed law schools in Dhaka, London College of Legal Studies (North).
